Open to all citizens.

Applicant must be at the age of 16 to 35 years old.

Applicant must send in 5 creative works based on their interest for the primary assessment.

Applicant must go through an interview for the secondary assessment.

Applicant must submit the highest certificates during the interview session.

Demonstrates engagement in chosen field with activities outside of coursework, such as participation and/or achievements in external activities.

Tenure of Award
Award is tenable for one academic level and subject to the following criteria:

Reassessment of the financial needs of the recipient
